A leading UK bank seeks experienced contractors to undertake an end-to-end review of the account opening process for new and additional bank accounts for defined customer groups. Your responsibilities will be to validate current state process maps with key business stakeholders, measure each process performance (with relevant metrics) and identify the value stream. You will also need to identify system dependencies (and user base), identify waste across full end-to-end processes and to provide recommendations on tactical solutions and benefit opportunity for process. You must have an extensive background in Financial Servives and be qualified in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (BQF accredited preferred). The role will be for an initial period of 3 months and can pay in the region of £500 650 per day for the right candidate. STF 125013
