Role - Head of Finance Location - Heald Green Salary - Between £75000 and £85,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a multi-million £ manufacturing business in their search for a Head of Finance to work out of their offices based near Manchester Airport on a hybrid working model.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and display a blend of core accounting and commercial finance skills. A history of working with an international business would be preferable and any exposure to the consolidation of accounts would also be desirable? The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines is absolutely crucial. Key duties for the Head of Finance role will involve the following:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly accounts
• Prepare management reports for senior stakeholders
• Management of the external audit process and production of statutory accounts
• Profitability, cost and investment analysis
• Look to improve the internal controls and processes within the organisation
• Offer support on strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships internally with the wider group
• Management of a finance team
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary for the role is anywhere between £75,000 and £85,000 + benefits
