Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search has an opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join a newly formed carve out . Created from an existing business with a strong reputation and ready to bring innovative, value added and specialty services to the healthcare market. Due to the nature of the role and the establishment of a new brand and operating business, they are seeking a seasoned PE Backed CFO to be a key decision maker and leader within the business.
As a CFO you will be partnering with the CEO and investors, to provide input into strategic and commercial developments of the business and create a robust structure to a fast-paced environment. Professionalising the post-carve-out finance function, you will prepare comprehensive and insightful performance analysis, forecasts, and reports, take full accountability for cash flow, and report to debt providers, including covenant compliance. Taking ownership of larger operational duties, including IT, payroll, procurement, and property management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Experienced CFO, ideally in a PE Backed Healthcare, Pharma and or related sectors; and within a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in growth creation: scaling up a business and successful delivery business strategy.
- A track record of M&A transactions, and subsequent integrations.
- Strong communicator - an ability to communicate clearly and with gravitas.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
