If you are a newly qualified ACA/ACCA accountant and are looking to move into a Property business then please get in touch. A FTSE listed property investment company has raised a new fund and is looking to enhance their finance team.
The client has enjoyed large growth from its successful investment and development in commercial property in London, and more recently in the USA. This opportunity will give you insight into the whole process from purchase to sale, with the intention of fast tracking through to a Finance Manager position.
The company is looking to bring in a bright newly qualified accountant to join the finance department and get involved with property investors and more commercially throughout the wider business. You will undertake:
- Accounting on the investments and the company
- Advising on transactions and restructuring from an accounting perspective
- Ad Hoc analysis with the front office team
- Ensuring the finance process is fully adhered to
- Mostly importantly you will be adding value to the business
Salary is £45-50,000 dependent on experience, with a discretionary bonus and generous benefits package on top.
Requirements
Having audit or accounts preparation exposure to a property company or real estate fund is essential
You must be a good communicator as this is a client facing role
ACA/ACCA qualified preferably 0-2 years PQE, with strong academics
