Associate Director - Corporate Finance - Dublin

Outstanding opportunity at Assistant Director level with our client, a global Boutique Corporate Advisory firm. The firm continues to expand its footprint both locally and globally with their focus on exceptional client relationships and technical expertise allowing them to build long term trust with clients and continually adding value.

The Role:

As an Assistant Director, you will play a key leadership role across a diverse range of corporate finance engagements. You'll work with public and private sector clients on projects involving:

• 
  Large-scale PPP transactions across the Domestic and International market.

• 
  Focus on a range of diverse sectors including but not limited to the following

- Economic & social infrastructure
- Transport, energy, utilities, housing, education, healthcare

• 
  Capital structuring, valuations, financial modelling, and complex commercial analysis

• 
  M&A and capital advisory support across essential service sectors

The position will see you manage all necessary client relationships, oversee delivery teams, and contribute to the continued growth of the advisory offering.

Given the nature of growth within the business both domestically and internationally, the pipeline of work is measured in years currently, and the focus of this AD role is on the delivery and client relationship side for the short to medium term.

You:
You will have gained at least 8 plus years' experience within a Corporate Finance setting and will have worked across a broad range of sectors although Infrastructure exposure would be a distinct advantage.

ACA, ACCA, CFA and or Level 9 master's is what we expect the successful candidate to have achieved academically. You will also demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to build upon existing client relationships.
