The main duties include:

• Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, chasing payments and debt by phone and email
• Assisting the Credit Controller by following a systemised debt chasing and collection system ensuring effective credit control whilst maintaining customer relationships
• Provide excellent and professional customer service at all times
• Resolve debtor queries
• Sending out customer statements and invoices
• Liaising with external debt collectors
• Receiving and allocating payments
• Update the system, accurately, with daily transactions

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Credit Control experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to have a career in finance
