Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Castle Donington

Type: Temporary, 8-12 week contract with potential for extension.

About the Role

A friendly and tight knight Credit Team in Castle Donington are seeking an experienced pair of hands to provide them with additional support on a short term basis. If you are immediately available, have extensive experience as a credit controller, apply now!

Main Responsibilities

• Chasing debt over the phone and via email.
• Resolving any queries and exceptions to ensure invoices are paid within terms.
• Providing copy invoices and proof of delivery to customers as required.
• Statement reconciliation.
• Identifying, categorising and resolving queries.
• Proactively and reactively contacting customers to ensure agreed terms are adhered to.
• Send reminder letters as appropriate.
• Recommending referring delinquent accounts to debt collection agencies.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of previous experience in a fast paced credit control role - Essential
• Strong communication skills Essential
• Ability to commute to Castle Donington five days per week - Essential
