Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a Harrogate based charity to assist in the recruitment of a Data Business Analyst. You will be joining a new digital team and will be the person for all CRM related queries or issues. Responsible for the ongoing review, development and management of the CRM system and other databases. This includes the integration of external data from other systems, agencies & web services.
- This is not a technical data analyst role - you are not expected to carry out in depth analysis and/or SQL development skills, however sound and solid technical understanding is needed as you must be able to manage and maintain the database and liaise with the third party and/or consultants or contractors if further technical expertise is required.
- This is not a marketing role - you will work very closely with the marketing team (and others) providing a service and expertise and ultimately enabling them to deliver their customer engagement contact strategy (providing data sections, data segmentation, cleansing and deduping, analysis and insights etc).
- Its key that you bridge the gap between the technology and the users making communication and stakeholder management a critical skill given due to the training element of the role and the third party relationship management.
- It's also vital that you have expertise in CRM best practises are able to put in place standards and processes and truly embed them around the organisation ensuring no key man dependencies/single points of failure.
