To meet the increased demand from clients for our services and achieve our growth ambition.Our Cleint is now recruiting experienced people to join our market leading Financial Services (FS) Integration / Separation practice. We are looking for skilled professionals with a background ideally in Financial Services and experience in either Integration / Separation, Operations, Merger and Acquisitions, Strategic Transformation / 'Special Projects' and Corporate Development.

We provide expertise, applying our rich insight and deep capability to solve the key challenges of financial institutions on both buy-side, sell side and joint venture mandates across banking, insurance, investment management, as well as Private Equity houses
We are able to work with clients at different stages of the transaction lifecycle aiming to help ensure deal objectives and value targets are met in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to business as usual.
Our team has worked on the largest international, cross border financial services separations, integrations and restructurings in recent years, and as part of a world class Global Centre of Excellence capability we have experience from more than 500 transactions.
Our experience and rich insights allows us to provide clients clear points of views and opinions on the topical and critical issues influencing the industry and local markets, recognising the cultural and regulatory challenges in the respective jurisdictions.

Being an Associate Director at our cleint involves the following:
Building and maintaining personal network of contacts and relationships across client organisations and within our client, supporting origination of work for the FS Integration / Separation team- Understanding the key drivers influencing Financial Services and their impact on our clients, their strategy and key business priorities
Supporting the development of 'thought leadership' to create a physical and tangible presence in the market - Supporting the engagement Partner/ Director, by providing clear communication on client service delivery (progress, issues, risks and opportunities) through day-to-day contact with the client and engagement team
- Day-to day management and leadership of client engagement teams to deliver the required objectives and outcomes to the agreed timescale and quality
Responsibilities of an Associate Director are:
- Delivering high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement, covering all client interactions and updates, deliverables and outputs
- Challenging our people to be curious and innovative on all engagements and internal work, to ensure outcomes are commercially focussed, value adding and effectively executed
- Production of the initial draft updates, outputs and deliverables to required timescale and ahead of Partner / Director review - responsibility on major deals may be focussed on a discrete section or element of the report
- Project manage a workstream or number of workstreams on a major deal or have overall responsibility for a medium scale engagement, covering deal strategy and synergy reviews; pre deal integration and separation and Day One Planning; to post deal integration and separation planning and implementation
- Supporting client pitches, proposals and internal/ external marketing initiatives
- Being seen as a role model, ensuring our core values are maintained, and coaching, mentoring and supporting our people to help them reach their full potential
