A high-growth, international technology media business based in London is currently seeking a new senior hire to join their commercial operations team.

Reporting into the VP of Global Revenue Operations, this role will be responsible for owning the management of the team that is accountable for the sales planning, performance management and reporting to drive sales productivity. Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, implementation, and reporting of pipeline management forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.

  • Implementation of systems to support revenue operations management including forecasting.
  • Establish processes to deliver high quality, accuracy, and consistency across all revenue operation activities.
  • Parter with team across the business to ensure the business is achieving against objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to present on business performance.
  • Lead teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure maximum productivity and output.
  • Hiring, management and development of employees and top talent.
  • Work with marketing to drive demand management and lead generation programs.
  • Manage data and governance of critical objects to ensure data is complete, accurate, and adheres to business requirements.
  • Creation of datasets and reports in Revenue Operations and enable analytics and reporting.
  • Works closely with senior sales leadership to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs.
  • Develops and maintains KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into state of sales.
  • Provide recommendations on global sales compensation design and other rewards.
  • Represents Region with key business partners and functions across finance, Marketing, HR, Enablement, etc.
  • Additional ad-hoc analysis and project work to support the wider team and business.

This role is suited to someone with substantial experience working within business/ sales operations, ideally in a leadership role overseeing teams. Candidates should have good commercial acumen, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mind set. You must have the ability to create models and be systems savvy with prior experience using reporting tools such as Anaplan or similar. Previous experience working in a SaaS/ subscription model environment is highly beneficial, and candidates must be able to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.
