Temporary Finance Administrator - Reading - 3 Month Contract - £11 per hour

Marks Sattin have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a publicly listed, fast growing company based in Reading.

The duties of the role include:

• Handling employee expenses
• Processing expense payment runs weekly
• Managing the company credit card and ensuring it is paid off in a timely manner
• Create monthly payroll and expense recharges
• Handling and resolving queries from internal contacts as well as suppliers
• Raising credit notes
• Set up new suppliers and amend existing suppliers details on the ERP system
• Reconciling accounts
• Processing supplier invoices
• Preparing the payment runs

Required Experience/Skills:

• At least 2 years Finance Administration experience
• Experience of reconciliations, invoicing, preparing payment runs and expenses
• Experience of working within high volume environment
• Good Excel knowledge
