Marks Sattin have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a publicly listed, fast growing company based in Reading.
The duties of the role include:
- Handling employee expenses
- Processing expense payment runs weekly
- Managing the company credit card and ensuring it is paid off in a timely manner
- Create monthly payroll and expense recharges
- Handling and resolving queries from internal contacts as well as suppliers
- Raising credit notes
- Set up new suppliers and amend existing suppliers details on the ERP system
- Reconciling accounts
- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing the payment runs
Required Experience/Skills:
- At least 2 years Finance Administration experience
- Experience of reconciliations, invoicing, preparing payment runs and expenses
- Experience of working within high volume environment
- Good Excel knowledge
