Marks Sattin has partnered with a well established real estate firm who are in search of a Finance Analyst to support a large account within their portfolio!

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:
- Oversee financial reporting processes for both internal and client accounts within the real estate sector.
- Develop strong relationships with client teams and ensure adherence to financial procedures and compliance.
- Identify savings opportunities and drive best practices to achieve financial targets across multiple locations.
Client Reporting:
- Manage UK&I client month-end process including posting accruals & invoices and collaborating closely with client business partners.
- Produce client reports, provide financial commentary, and support compilation of budgets & forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to client month-end processes and chase invoicing of supplier payments.
General:
- Develop strong relationships with client teams and enforce governance and compliance.
- Work closely with operations and commercial team to identify savings opportunities and achieve financial targets.
- Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects and ensure policy and procedure compliance.
- Share best practices, deliver on customer expectations, and involve people within decision-making.
Required Experience:
- Hold a Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent), or part-qualified.
- Highly computer literate with experience in complex financial and operational systems.
- Ability to deliver within tight timescales and understand cross-border environments.
- Proven commercial acumen and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective relationships at all levels.
