Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a rapidly growing PE-backed buy-and-build B2B business, seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic and forward-thinking finance team.
This is a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the business through close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organisation. By providing meaningful analysis and strategic insight, the Finance Business Partner will play a vital role in shaping critical business decisions. Operating within a dynamic, private equity-backed environment, this position offers a rare opportunity to influence value creation and support the company's continued growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
This job is based in Central London, 3x days a week in the office.
Salary package: £70k-£80k base, bonus and benefits.
