Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Finance Director to join an owner founder-led B2B Business. The Finance Director will work with the owner-founders to prepare the business for a successful exit in the future.

The Finance Director will have overall responsibility for development of cash receipts streams via re-instating all channels including accounting. As well as help to commercialise the business through the implementation of business processes. Including the development of board and investor reporting packs leading to additional investor and debt funding, and business plan modelling.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
• A background in B2B business helpful but not essential
• Been an autonomous Finance Director and or Head of Finance with practical and demonstrable knowledge of implementing a finance systems, process and controls.
• Prepared to work independently and autonomously
• Willing and able to manage the detail of all the businesses financial operations of the business
• Having taken a business through a successful sales process would be advantageous but not essential.
