A rapidly expanding global business services organisation is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager (Management Accounts) to join its dynamic Accounting Operations team. Operating in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment, this role is perfect for a qualified accountant who thrives on problem‑solving, driving improvements, and influencing senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Lead month‑end processes across multiple entities
Prepare journals, analysis and insightful commentary
Drive process improvement, simplification & automation
Deliver robust balance sheet reconciliations & internal controls
Ensure compliance with SOx, US GAAP, IFRS & audit requirements
Partner with senior stakeholders across finance & operations

What you'll bring

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS
Experience in large, complex corporate environments
Advanced Excel & financial systems skills (Oracle, Hyperion/HFM)
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capability
A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
