My client is looking to take on a Finance Manager in a transaction heavy role. The right candidate must have experience in a fast paced SME in a highly transactional business.
Responsibilities:
- Process the weekly payment run and payroll
- Posting and raising invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements and payments
- Manage crew remittance and expenses
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Manage monthly budgeting and forecasting tasks
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Produce profit and loss accounts
- Credit control
- Process General ledger entries
- Maintain General ledger
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Record office expenditures and ensure these expenses are within set budgets
- Assist in managing relationships and liaise with internal and external resources to meet all weekly and monthly deadlines
About You: |
* 4-5 years of relevant experience * Fully Qualified ideally (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) * Payroll experience * Xero software experience

* Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
* Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
