The details
The Role: Finance Manager
The Client: Investment Bank
The Location: London City Centre (Hybrid working)
The Role:
- Responsible for oversight of AP/AR, Reconciliations and other transactional duties
- Management over the Accounts Payable Manager and Financial Analyst
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, substantiating with external evidence where possible.
- Prepare tables and disclosures for inclusion in the annual statutory reporting.
- Undertake reviews of statutory reporting for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with external auditors as required in the reporting preparation and validation.
- Involvement in multiple projects around process improvement & automation
The Requirements:
- ACA Qualified or equivalent (Ideally from Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy practice)
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services is desirable
- Prior exposure with dealing with process improvements / implementations
- Hands on experience dealing with month end procedures
- Experience dealing with multiple entities and consolidated accounts
