I am working with a dynamic SME business based in Winsford who due to continued growth, are creating a new opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to step into the role of Finance Manager with future potential for progression to Financial Controller.
**Responsibilities:**
- Take overall accountability for transactional finance functions.
- Prepare accurate and timely management accounts.
- Develop and implement KPI reporting systems to track business performance.
- Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Accountant, Part Qualified or QBE will be considered
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
