Finance Operations Analyst - London
A fast‑growing tech‑focused organisation is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst for a 6‑month contract. You'll support core finance operations across accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliations, and smooth day‑to‑day financial workflows. Ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time
- Prepare payment runs and ensure correct coding and documentation
- Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Work with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure correct invoice coding
- Handle vendor queries and maintain strong relationships
- Support month‑end with invoice classification and coding
About You
- 1-3 years' finance operations experience, ideally with AP exposure
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Confident using Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to manage high volumes of transactions to tight deadlines
- Experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a bonus
