Background of this Finance Transformation is a follows:
Our Finance Process Led Transformation (FPLT) Offering enables clients to unlock the hidden potential within their Finance processes by reducing cost and improving the decision making capabilities. FPLT offering spans across the finance processes to address all aspects of AR, AP, Collections, T&E, Journalisation, close cycle. FPLT sub-offering includes process capabilities around Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash and explores the opportunities for improvement, standardization across finance process by using Lean Six Sigma methodology, BPM repository as core assets.
This Finance Process Led Transformation Practice helps to address client's initial questions across PTP & OTC such as:
- How can process and system standardization improve capabilities?
- What are the benefits of different sourcing models (centralized vs. shared services vs. outsourcing)?
- How can I improve my DPO & DSO?
- How will process and system improvements affect the workforce?
We are specifically seeking a number of Purchase to Pay & Order to Cash process experts at Consultant & Manager level with experience in the following areas: Detailed knowledge of fully integrated end to end process, process optimisation and organisation structure design in a shared service environment, working capital improvement opportunities, knowledge of PTP/OTC process KPIs, related industry benchmarks and their implications and understanding of all related process technologies and enablers.

What we're looking for
You should have a strong finance background and have experience in the analysis, definition, design and deployment of workforce management solutions. In addition you must have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Managing / delivering service in shared service environment in particular PTP process
* Designing / managing implementation of Business Process Management capabilities for Finance - Process Strategy, Process Design, Process Monitoring (KPI Design / Reporting) Process Transformation (through systems) and Continuous Improvement
* All the above in global context - can articulate value proposition of off-shore / near-shore; understands value proposition may differ by global/region/country or business unit perspectives.
What other qualifications or skills do I need?
* Excellent degree results or equivalent
* Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) with 1st time passes desirable
* Previous experience in manufacturing industry desirable
* Strong problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills
* Proven training and coaching abilities
* Your base location will be London, although most of our consultants work on lengthy client engagements internationally. Therefore you must be prepared to work away from your home office Monday to Friday as required.
