Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FP&A Reporting Analyst will be responsible for delivering financial reporting for the group and identifying ways to improve business performance.

• Financial Reporting: Manage profit centre reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Senior Leadership Collaboration: Provide insightful commentary to senior leadership teams, aiding strategic decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to enhance business performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Process Improvements: Champion process enhancements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

The successful candidate must be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong FP&A and reporting experience.

Experience on SAP & Power BI is desirable, whilst strong Excel skills are essential.
