Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently respresenting a leading organisation based in to source a French Speaking Credit Controller to join their friendly and outgoing team. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
You will be initially employed on a temporary basis with responsibilities such as:
- Processing credit limit reviews as required by adhering to the credit vetting process
- Escalating issues requiring further attention to line manager having obtained the relevant information
- Closely monitoring accounts that pose a credit risk, ensuring issues are escalated quickly
- Identifying and preparing accounts to go to a third party collection agency as required
- Ensure internal reporting requirements are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensure the administration required to keep the account up to date are maintained on an ongoing basis
- Work to ensure the Credit Management Policy and Sign off process is adhered to at all times
- Ensure payments received from customers are allocated to the correct invoices in a timely manner
- Liaising closely with customers regarding payment allocation issues
- Review continuously unallocated payments to ensure effective resolution and allocation
