An innovative charity - pulling people out of poverty through access to energy - is looking for a Financial Solutions Associate.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead and support on portfolio reporting and analysis, to both internal Board and Snr Management as well as to external stakeholders and funding partnerships
• Lead the development of new Financial Solutions portfolio dashboards
• Work with the Financial services team to support in the scoping of new financial investment opportunities
• Laise with finding partners to align on strategy and priority objectives, including identification of co-investment funding opportunities
• Contribute to the development of the Financial Solutions annual business plan

Skills required:

• 2:1 Degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting with a focus on venture capital/business analysis/portfolio management
• Ideally experience within investing in businesses in Africa/India
• Experience creating quality presentations for senior management
• Commercial acumen / Business acumen
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Relationship building skills
