Expertise & Responsibility

-) Solid experience as IT Operations Director, IT Operations Manager, Head of IT Operations, IT Director, IT Manager, Head of IT, Head of Technology or similar, with a global or international remit

-) You will have proven experience of running an in-house IT Operations function (50+ staff)

-) You will be an IT Operations Director / IT Operations Manager with experience within heavy industry type sectors, eg, engineering, manufacturing, chemical, construction, transport etc or similar

-) You will be delivery focused, customer focused & process oriented to drive efficiencies & effectiveness, being an advocate of continuous improvement

-) You will be part of the IT leadership team to drive tactical strategy & operational business support globally
