Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a market leading international business to recruit a Group Tax Manager. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a fantastic business during a period of sustained growth.

Reporting to the Head of Tax & Treasury, the Group Tax Manager will enjoy working in a broad and varied in house tax role that will encompass UK and Irish Corporation Tax and VAT compliance; R&D; Capital Allowances; Transfer Pricing; Pillar 2; SAO; and CCO. It will also involve liaising with overseas finance teams to manage their compliance obligations and reporting processes. In addition to the day to day responsibilities there will also be scope to get involved in tax projects that arise within the Group.

In order to be successful, applicants will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and be working in a tax focused role, either in house or in a large accountancy firm. Stong UK corporate tax skills are essential, and whilst awareness of other taxes would be advantageous, full training will be provided to support development in other areas.

In addition to strong technical tax skills, candidates will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They must also be highly numerate and IT literate, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
