Commercial Finance Director
A truly international FTSE listed business services organisation seeks an innovative and enthused Commercial Finance Director to support its global growth strategy. The ideal candidate will deliver world class commercial financial reporting, planning and analysis assisting this market leader to make the best commercial decisions. Based in their HQ in Geneva,
key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provision of timely, accurate and relevant management information
- Management of the annual Budget and Business Plan cycle
- Providing value-added analysis of and commentary on business performance, trends and issues
- Working with the wider finance community to drive business performance
- Ensuring a consistent, relevant and comprehensive approach to investment appraisal
- Providing overall financial management of projects including budget preparation, benefit identification and delivery
- Providing coaching and training for the finance team across the organisation in commercial financial management
This opportunity is ideally suited to a highly motivated individual with exceptional technical ability and strong commercial drive. You must be able to communicate financial information to non finance people so your ability to build strong relationships through out the business is key; especially at board level. You will be a qualified accountant, preferably with a big four pedigree and a progressive and logical career journey to date with a proven track record including international exposure within a business services organization. In return you will receive salary package of up to £110K and attractive benefits.
