Start your job searchA founder-led PE-backed manufacturing business is seeking to recruit a commercially astute CFO to drive profitability on its journey towards a strategic exit. The company is backed by a successful and well-known Private Equity house and requires a CFO who understands its demands and is able to act as a true partner with the CEO and Chairman to realise the PE House's ambitions.
As a board member with full ownership of the finance function and a broad remit, the CFO will partner with the CEO to create a formidable team, enhance profitability, market share and lead the business toward an eventual exit. As CFO you'll be required to take a fully hands on approach to the role. The CFO will offer sustained commercial/operational input at board level. Develop and monitor reporting and interpretation of business KPIs.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably Chartered, with experience as CFO for an autonomous business (ideally PE-backed). As CFO will provide clear, decisive and dynamic leadership. Able to operate at both a detailed and strategic level, you will not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. This is an ideal opportunity for a determined and commercially astute CFO to join a fast growing business, on course for a successful and financially rewarding exit.
