Start your job searchThe European HR Lead - you will be operating as the HRBP to the Group HR Director and will be responsible for supporting the business strategy implementation through organisational design and hands-on HR process design and development. The successful individual will have a breadth of knowledge in employment law that will inform the people strategy, ideally they have had previous experience of a European start up based from the UK.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of our Client's Global HR and People Strategy.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of the European people strategy including HR Programmes.
- Trusted HR Advisor to the European Leadership Team on all HR matters arising within the region.
- Partner with our client's European business leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; create and review policies and practice to maintain compliance within countries of operations within Europe.
- Strategic Partnering for all matters relating to workforce planning, 3rdparty suppliers, restructures and succession plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Significant work experience in an HR generalist role in a global organisation, including HR Business Partner experience with broad experience within the different spectrums of the HR function.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team in a highly complex, matrix organisation
- A team player who takes ownership beyond his/her functional scope, to shape and define company-wide initiatives
- A hands-on HR practitioner. In this role, you will work on both strategic and operational HR matters.
- A Business savvy HR with strong transformation and change experience, who demonstrates change agility and can see the talent strategy as an enabler of Business success.
- Strong influencing skills with a collaborative work style which fosters cooperation and teamwork.
