A PE-backed business is recruiting for an Interim Corporate Finance Director on an initial 12 month contract, with likelihood of temp-to-perm conversion. This is a highly visible role supporting the business on their next round of capital fundraise, managing a key function through a broader period of change and growth.

Candidates will need to have extensive debt capital fundraising experience for this role alongside deal execution experience within a PE environment.

As the Interim Corporate Finance Director, you will be:

• Working closely with C-suite to develop a best in class corporate finance function
• Outlining and implementing investment and sourcing strategies in line with the business' ambitions
• Managing a team of 4 to identify funding solutions for the business
• Responsible for the development of financial models, valuations analysis and supporting transactions, whilst contributing to negotiations with commercial partners

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate debt fundraising experience whilst being able to deliver quantitative analysis. You will have at least 7-10 years experience working within a finance/banking setting with an emphasis on transaction execution.
