Start your job searchWe are delighted to be partnering with an expanding Brokerage firm in the search for an interim Financial Controller/Finance Manager.
This is a hybrid-working role, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week. It is an exciting opportunity to join a new & growing business who are rapidly expanding and international in coverage and will give the job owner lots of breadth and exposure to different areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of year-end statutory accounts under IFRS/GAAP for the consolidated Group and separate trading entities
- Production of the Group Annual Report (Glossy)
- Financial Control of the B/S and P/L and maintaining the general ledger for an international portfolio of businesses
- Producing monthly management accounts pack
- Transfer pricing
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assisting with tax and VAT submissions
- Management of 2/3 junior accountants
- Liaising with the external auditors
What are looking for in the candidate:
- You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Solid technical accounting and group consolidation skills
- Industry experience: Financial Services / Securities trading
- A self-starter with ability to work autonomously and problem solve
Duration: 9 months Contract (with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter)
Pay: £450 - £575per day via umbrella or salary £80,000-100,000 depending on experience
