The details
A PE-backed consumer business is seeking an interim Finance Manager on an immediate basis. The interim Finance Manager will be ensuring the financial health of the organisation by managing accounting operations and improving business processes and control. This is a pivotal role in supporting the long-term growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and own the month end process.
- Implementing a robust and improved process for balance sheet reconciliations.
- Redesigning the process of payroll journals.
- Acting as a liaison between the external auditors and the company.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting duties.
Requirements:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified.
- A background in consumer and retail businesses is highly beneficial.
- Confidence with NetSuite accounting software.
- Experience of implementing improved processes and controls.
