Finance Manager | Remote | Temporary Contract | Up to £330 per day

A growing healthcare business is looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join on a short-term contract. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of key finance processes, ensure continuity during a period of change, and help the team streamline and redistribute tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage core finance activities, including:
• Posting journals
• Accounts Receivable tasks
• Monitoring the balance sheet
• Banking and related processes
• Support month-end close and maintain accurate reconciliations.
• Work closely with the finance team to review current processes and identify efficiencies.
• Help clarify workload and assist in transitioning tasks back into BAU.
• Provide insight to shape the structure of the future permanent role.

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Strong understanding of transactional finance and month-end processes.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
