Interim Head of FP&A, Bristol, 4-6 months, £650-700 per day
A fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Head of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and reporting. Working closely with senior executives to shape financial strategy, identify value levers and turn insight into action. You'll drive performance through clear storytelling, strong commercial challenge and high-quality reporting.
Key Focus Areas
Lead forecasting, budgeting and business planning
Deliver accurate, investor-grade reporting and performance dashboards.
Identify performance drivers and benchmark against industry standards.
Support investment decisions with robust commercial analysis.
Own and enhance financial models and reporting tools.
Lead and develop the FP&A team
About You
Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA or equivalent) with proven experience in a similar role
Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
Advanced modelling and reporting skills (TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics, FairMas, Excel).
Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
