We are currently recruiting for an Interim SAP Finance Manager for a leading service provider in East Yorkshire, this role has arisen due to a number of acquisitions across the group which will be integrated in the next 12 months. The reason for the role is to create, implement and integrate a new SAP system that will be used by all subsidiaries; as a result the successful individual needs to have a good mixture of SAP implementation and accounting experience in large complex structures.

This role will work closely with both senior finance and IT leadership teams and will require a strong business partner who is systems savvy and strong in person. Your line manage will be the Group FD and this position will be highly visible across the group, a list of responsibilities can be seen below:

• Retrieve data from accounting system, analyse, check the integrity of information received and propose necessary corrections for Target system;
• Train users on Company costs analysis against Budgets/Forecast/Year-on-Year. Help prepare statements on fluctuations in SAP; Analysis of direct/indirect costs, fixed costs on cost centers (previous period and current period budget);
• Providing assistance in the implementation of finance Interfaces, working with Finance, business and IT team, Testing imports from the Legacy system to the new ERP system (FI/CO/FM), Create mappings;
• Transition Management, support and stakeholder management in delivering a smooth change to a post-live support environment.
• Coach on preparing the quarterly, monthly and weekly financial KPIs, gathering, consolidation and analysis of data; Revenue and cost review and performance analysis by locations, suppliers, clients, etc;

It is essential you have a wealth of SAP implementation experience in various business with an accounting qualification desirable, project management experience would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. The role will be 9 months plus but depending on the implementation cycle this could be extended.
