This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace stack, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Office 365
• Advanced experience in M365 service migrations (both on-premises and tenant-to-tenant migrations)
• Advanced knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform and extensive knowledge of M365 Admin Centre/M365 configuration
• Experience with Defender for M365 and Intune
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, security principles, and IT infrastructure
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users

Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: M365 Administrator Expert, M365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent (e.g. M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert).
