Management Accountant - Central London

A leading Facilities Management company in central London is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role working closely with Account Directors and client teams to drive financial performance and ensure contractual compliance. The position offers strong progression potential, with a clear path toward a Commercial Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as commercial co-lead on contract changes, pricing, and site transitions, ensuring profitable growth and process consistency.
• Lead financial forecasting (P&L, cash flow, budgeting) and manage billing and collections.
• Serve as the contract expert, developing summaries and deliverables plans to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Support performance improvement plans and procurement compliance across the portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships, promoting service development and adapting to evolving needs.
• Oversee supply chain governance, aligning supplier agreements with client contracts.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial finance
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of commercial processes and controls.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
