Start your job searchMy client is a very successful Asset Manager that has a history in private debt, credit and equity.
They are one of the leading investment managers in the European CLO sector and currently manage over 5.9billion in assets across 21 transactions.
Main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of regular portfolio reports and Waterfall calculations for 4-5 CLO transactions.
- Production of Investor Reports for external distribution to Investors.
- Meet regularly and advise Portfolio Managers on Compliance test results/constraints, fund requirements and understand the strategy for each fund.
- Update Fee projections for Finance.
- Process Hypothetical trades as requested.
- Assist Marketing and Client Relations with due diligence queries.
- Monitoring income received from loans/bonds and updating data when rollover notices are received.
- Monitoring projections for interest income and reconciling with external parties.
- Assume primary responsibility for responses to information requests from external auditors.
- Review swap calculations on non-base currency assets.
- § Provide weekly updates on Portfolio Over-Collateralisation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Loan Administration/CLO software as well as good accuracy and attention to detail while working to meet strict deadlines.
Other very useful qualities include:
- Ability to resolve queries and deal with third party administrators and custodians professionally.
- Commitment to maintaining and updating accurate data on a daily basis.
- Understanding of loan/bond settlement process.
- Previous experience with Perfect Asset SWAPs, Portfolio Hedging and Variable Funding Notes.
- Ability to interpret complex financial/legal documents.
