My client are a global leader in renewable energy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Trasformation Project manager to join an an interim basis and lead on payroll vendor consolidation strategy and execute on implementation roadmap

Key Accountabilties include:

  • Define Business Case and Project Management of Unserved Payrolls into People Operations Service delivery model
  • Provide Transformation project coordination and change management across all levels of
    intern.
  • Lead discussions with internal payroll operations and current supplier teams to arrive at, a. Optimized outsourced and b. Cost efficient internal service model, by driving effective movement of work strategy across internal/supplier teams and Global locationsal stakeholder and supplier teams.
  • Project Management of the implementation efforts, including stakeholder, change and
    communications across all levels of the internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience running vendor selection process for payroll transformation at a global scale
  • Demostrated abilty to commincate effectivley with key stakeholdes across the multiple business units and locations
  • Ability to establish and lead seamless PMO and Change Management Governance, build & maintain detailed project plans, prepare and deliver leadership updates and stakeholder communication plans
