A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a large Energy company following a period of extensive growth. The company is passionate about providing affordable sustainable power and they are looking for a proactive and commercially focused individual to join the team as a Project Finance Associate. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Project Finance Director and a small team of associates to ensure efficient and accurate project execution.

The Project Finance Associate will be responsible for the ownership and management of complex project finance models for deals in various stages of development and therefore must be able to confidently build financial models from scratch. They will also be required to support deal structuring and execution, provide investment analysis and support the negotiations of critical project and finance documents.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of Financial Models, be proficient in Excel, including VBA, and must be commercially focused. Experience of Big 4 and the Energy sector is beneficial but not essential.
