You'll be joining a developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working:

Where you fit in…

The main purpose of the role is to ensure smooth processing of incoming 3rd party purchase invoices and resolve internal and external queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Code and release to workflow invoices with no PO
  • Preparation of supplier payment requests
  • Vendor statement reconciliation
  • Communication with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Acting as a primary contact with stakeholders in respect of disputed invoices, goods returning and debit notes

What you need?

You'll be the kind of person who is a highly organised self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise workload. You will have at least 3 years' experience within purchase ledger and working knowledge of ERP systems. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail is a must, while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach.
