Marks Sattin are supporting an exciting Events & Media organisation based in Central Birmingham to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Marketing Director on a 3 month temporary basis. The position will be a hybrid working role with two days being remote.

The Personal Assistant will be a highly organised individual, managing the day to day administation for the Marketing & Communications team. You will also organise events and meetings dealing with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to the Marketing Director through diary management and the organisation of meetings.
• Writing up meeting notes as required.
• Support the distribution of information and press materials, including press releases.
• Help manage the media monitoring service.
• Help maintain databases, including for email marketing
• General assistance for the marketing team as required.
• Manage Managers travel arrangements
• Organise meetings and ensure that Managers are well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
• Organise and prioritise Managers email account to ensure urgent and actionable messages are dealt with in a timely way

To be considered you must be:

• Experienced in a highly administrative role in a fast paced environment.
• A strong communicator with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
• A strong IT user.
• Available to start at short notice.
