Salary: £25k - £28k (DOE)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen with us here at Marks Sattin, Birmingham. A client of ours is looking to expand their organisation based in Coventry. Keen to find someone who can become a fundamental member of the small Finance team. A brilliant opportunity for some to set up into and to be a part of great organisation.
Main Duties include:
- Uploading Invoices onto SAGE/Navision
- Ensuring payments are received and made in sufficient time.
- Ensure all suppliers paper are correct and up to date, stored correctly.
- Manage and resolve any financial queries.
- Tracking/managing repayments from customers/suppliers.
- Arrange prepayment plans.
- Create creditors reports to deliver back to Finance Manager
- Setting up new customers/suppliers on SAGE
- Other Ad hoc duties
Experience of ideal candidate:
- Strong experience/knowledge of SAGE is a MUST
- 2+ years of All rounded finance experience
- Can commit to working in office 5 days a week.
- Experienced working with a small team
- Organised, ambitious and focus personality.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
