Marks Sattin are delighted to be supporting this fast paced, industry leading business. Due to continued growth, Marks Sattin are on the search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client in Reading.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of the Accounts Payable process and experience using accounting systems.
The benefits of the Accounts Payable position include:

The duties of the Accounts Payable role include:
- Process payment requests
- Produce regular and one-off payment runs
- Ensure supplier statements are received from all suppliers
- Reconciling and matching items on the bank account
- Staff expenses - Allocating money to the individual
The successful Accounts Payable will:
- Have knowledge of the Accounts Payable process
- Experience working on staff expenses
- Experience working on low value high volume payments
- Time management
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
