Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits.
- Oversee the reconciliation of supplier statements with the AP Ledger.
- Prepare and manage payment runs to completion.
- Serve as the escalation point for supplier payment issues.
- Collaborate with the AP Manager to drive process and control improvements.
- Integrate mergers and acquisitions into SAP for the AP team.
- Build and maintain professional networks within the business to meet evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading an end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective leadership skills to motivate and manage team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple locations, business units, and currencies.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.
