Start your job searchI'm delighted to be partnering with a long standing client of ours in Leeds who are on the search for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join the business on a 12 months FTC basis.
Key Responsiblilites:
- Conduct full reviews and reporting of all UK aged debtors.
- Perform quarterly bad-debt and credit-limit assessments.
- Deliver a comprehensive month-end reporting portfolio.
- Process improvement and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
- Manage the bad-debt and legal escalation process.
- Support Audit and Internal Audit (SOX) requirements.
- Carry out ledger reviews and contribute to monthly specific Bad Debt Provision reporting.
- Ensure all reports are produced, reviewed, and actioned accurately and on time.
- Prepare a weekly rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast.
- Oversee the stock-return process to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Manage and maintain the Rebate Tracker to support financial performance and reporting.
- Managing a small team
Requirements
- Must have experience of handling negotiation discussions
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to set, manage and work to targets
- Previous MSD experience preferrable
