I'm delighted to be partnering with a long standing client of ours in Leeds who are on the search for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join the business on a 12 months FTC basis.

Key Responsiblilites:

• Conduct full reviews and reporting of all UK aged debtors.
• Perform quarterly bad-debt and credit-limit assessments.
• Deliver a comprehensive month-end reporting portfolio.
• Process improvement and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
• Manage the bad-debt and legal escalation process.
• Support Audit and Internal Audit (SOX) requirements.
• Carry out ledger reviews and contribute to monthly specific Bad Debt Provision reporting.
• Ensure all reports are produced, reviewed, and actioned accurately and on time.
• Prepare a weekly rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast.
• Oversee the stock-return process to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Manage and maintain the Rebate Tracker to support financial performance and reporting.
• Managing a small team

Requirements

• Must have experience of handling negotiation discussions
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to set, manage and work to targets
• Previous MSD experience preferrable
