An international AIM listed business is seeking a technical and commercial Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, taking full control for the finance function the CFO will have a broad remit across the organisation. This group operates within a niche market and has a world class reputation within its sector.

With overall responsibility for the delivery of strategic and operational finance and accounting, alongside the CEO, the CFO will play a leading role in contributing to the long term development of this business. As CFO you will be responsible for the development and execution of the strategy and plan for the business, including managing all emerging global business growth and performance opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with proven experience operating at board level and as a CFO/FD for a listed organisation, preferably AIM.

Experience of working in an international multi-currency and revenue business is highly important to the role. This role requires a dynamic individual excited about assisting with growth both commercially and financially.
