Award winning UK Corporate Finance boutique seeks a recently qualified ACA/CA from a Big 4 background (First time passes) for an 'entry level' role in their flagship team.

The role is for an ACA / CA who is looking to make the move from a top accountancy house into a well established FIG focused corporate finance advisory firm. Your background is ideally Advisory or Transaction Services or Audit but at a bare minimum, you must have a 2.1 or 1st class degree from a Top University and A grades at A Level (or equivalent). Your role will involve Business Disposals, M&A, Lead Advisory, Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins, Fundraising and Transaction Support. Core responsibilities will include detailed financial analysis, financial modelling and assisting with deal presentations.
