A well known and growing retail and wholesale bank in London are currently looking to add an Associate Director to their corporate acquisition finance team.
They are looking for a candidate who has an exceptional understanding and experience of due diligence and valuations and is looking to move into acquisition finance. The team is expanding and they are expecting this role to quickly make the move to Director level in the near future, which makes for a very exciting opportunity indeed. The team focuses on UK mid-market and typical deals would be bi-lateral or smaller syndicate lends with a total of up to £50m a time.
Candidates are likely to be a Qualified Accountant with a background in transaction services, valuations or from a competitor bank with a background in Leveraged or Acquisition finance. The ability to build relationships with clients as well as a keen eye for detail is highly sought after. You will also need to be analytical, commercial, personable, hard working and a strong team player.
