My client is a market leading Alternatives Investment Manager based in central London. They are looking for an experienced Fund Investment Operations manager to join their team ASAP for an initial fixed term contract opportunity.

This position primarily focusses around providing support to front office staff and external fund boards to ensure smooth execution of deals. This involves co-ordinating Fund Boards of Directors and numerous internal and external stakeholders, while managing the execution of transactions.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Organising, attending and managing Fund Boards as well as the provision of transaction assistance.
• Fund administrative support/liaison to the Investment team for new deals, refinancing, restructures and exits.
• Managing complex documentation including amendment processes across all private investment funds, including liaison on fund investments structures, and restructuring.
• Working on fund Liquidations/terminations.
• Manage deal mechanics/structure/complexities with the performance and accounting team.
• Managing LP Partner Transfers.

The successful candidate will have solid experience working in Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking or wider financial services in an Investment Operations role.

Experience with the Luxembourg private M&A market is an essential requirement. Any experience with the US market would be a distinct advantage.
