Corporate Finance Associate - £40,000 & Excellent Benefits - Leeds



A leading corporate finance boutique based in Leeds are currently recruiting for a corporate finance associate. The role of the corporate finance executive will be involved with supporting advisory projects from both sides; preparing reports and financial models; producing draft pitches, proposals and tender documents; accompany more senior team members to meetings; collate and analyse relevant documentation and information. You will also be involved with some due diligence projects as well and be working directly with a manager or partner on these assignments. To apply for the role you will be ACA qualified from a Big 4/Top 10 background and be looking for you first role in the corporate finance arena. Excellent academics are essential and ideally experience in either lead advisory or transaction services. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team and also autonomously. My client is looking to recruit a talented individual who has ambitions to progress their career through to director/partner level.
